Interview Process

2. 1-minute introduction video
3. Demo 1
4. Demo 2 w/ one-on-one workshop
5. Teacher Briefing
6. Background Check
7. Sign contract
8. Open up ZebraEnglish Portal

In steps 1-4 you will receive either a pass or fail.  A fail will stop the process.

Requirements from ZebraEnglish

1. Legally allowed to work in the US or Canada
2. Speaks English at an idiomatic level
3. Degree holder, bachelors or above
4. TEFL/ TESOL / CELTA/ DELTA/ Teaching Credential (issued by state)
   The VIPKid one is not acceptable. If you need one of the above, take this discounted 4-hour course with International Online Academy.
5. K-12 ESL experience, online experience is preferable (not mandatory)
6. Willing to teach long-term students
7. Have a regular schedule and can teach at a relatively fixed time every week
8. No minimum hours
