ZebraEnglish requires the following in order to work for their company:

• Legally allowed to work in the US or Canada
• Speaks English at an idiomatic level
• Degree holder, bachelors or above
• TEFL/ TESOL(internationally recognized) / CELTA/ DELTA/ Teaching Credential (issued by state) Not the VIPKid one
• K-12 ESL experience, online experience is preferable (not mandatory)
• Willing to teach long-term students
• Have a regular schedule and can teach at a relatively fixed time every week
• Can teach students regularly long term

• Desktop, Laptop, or Mac (not iPad compatible)
• OS Windows 7 or above, Mac 10.10 or greater
• 4GB RAM
• Stable Internet 20mbps (test it at speedtest.net)
• Headset with microphone

The interview process involves the following steps:

• $8-$10 base pay
• $1 extra for conducting the class on time
• $1 extra for 45 plus classes/month
• $2 for short notice classes  (They can book you anytime from 24 hours to 1 hr before class start time)
